Registration

The IV International Conference on Communication and Applied Technologies 2024 allows two tracks of participation: a track for accepted full papers and a track for abstracts without publication. In the first case -registration payment for accepted full papers-, can be made until June 9, 2024, once it has been accepted. In the second case -registration for accepted abstracts without publication-, the payment must be made before July 20, 2024.

Only one author per article should be registered. Registration includes publication (for this type of participation), conference attendance, breaks (not lunch) and certification for all authors.

Payment Methods

REGISTRATION METHOD (payment platform)

  • Step 1. In the Registration table, several links will appear. Select the link that corresponds to the category.
  • Step 2. Once inside the PayU secure payment platform, enter your personal information (name, last name, and email address).
  • Step 3. Select the payment method (credit or debit card, among others). The cost in dollars and Colombian pesos will appear. However, you can pay with any card worldwide, and your bank will directly convert the payment amount from euros or the currency of your choice.
  • Step 4. Before clicking on «Pay», you will find the box «Enter the paper code». In this box, you must enter the number of the accepted paper. If there are more than two papers, separate them with an underscore (for example, 2435_5383).
  • Step 5. After clicking on the «Pay» button, take a screenshot or extract the receipt in PDF format and send the receipt/screenshot to icomtamail@gmail.com, indicating in the subject line the paper number(s) and the registered author’s last name. Example subject: «PAYMENT 4353_LOPEZLOPEZ».

* NOTE: Only one author per paper should register to ensure publication, and all authors will receive the presentation certification. However, if they participate in-person, the registered author will receive the refreshments and participation certificate. If another author of the paper who is not the registered author wishes to participate in-person, they must select «Participants without a paper» and register separately.

* Requests for an invoice: send an email to icomtamail@gmail.com with all the personal information that needs to be included in the invoice.

* Interbank transfer: If any institution wishes to make a payment by interbank transfer, this transfer must be previously authorized by the Organizing Committee of the event. In this case, please request authorization, banking information, and/or proforma invoice to the email icomtamail@gmail.com with all personal and institutional information. In this case, a 7% increase will be requested on the total registration fees to be paid, as an administrative management fee.
