For the track full papers, the accepted articles in English will be selected to be published or in the Springer’s Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies series and will be indexed in SCOPUS and ISI. Springer is listed as the fourth best publisher in the world according to the SPI. Or, according to the organizing committee selection, those English accepted works can be recommended to be published in the Atlantis Highlights in Social Sciences, Education and Humanities series (from Atlantis Press), which will be submitted to CPCI (part of Clarivate’s Web of Science), CNKI, Wanfang Data, and Google Scholar. Before the articles are published in one or other editorial, authors will be accordingly informed. The articles in Spanish will be published by the Tirant Lo Blanch publishing house, which is considered the first Spanish publisher according to the Scholar Publisher Indicators (SPI) index.
