Abstract:

Digital transformation has significantly expanded the possibilities for creating, exchanging, and accessing knowledge, shaping increasingly connected, dynamic, and heterogeneous educational scenarios. In this context, the relationship between communication, innovation, and formative processes acquires strategic relevance, as it determines not only how learning takes place, but also how the educational experience is organized, understood, and projected across its various modalities.

The Workshop is conceived as a meeting space aimed at analyzing the changes imposed by digital transformation on the possibilities of knowledge creation, exchange, and access from broad, integrative, and critical perspectives. Rather than focusing on a specific technology, the proposal invites reflection on how digital environments transform teaching practices, forms of student participation, academic culture, and institutional structures. Likewise, it examines how educational institutions design strategies to empower citizens in the appropriation and management of assertive and sustainable digital communication.

The purpose of the Workshop is to promote research and experiences that contribute to interpreting contemporary education through interdisciplinary approaches. Emphasis will be placed on works that examine new methodologies, emerging models, design strategies, and management mechanisms capable of strengthening the quality of education in diverse contexts. The ultimate goal is to generate a space that fosters solid proposals and future-oriented visions capable of guiding the construction of more inclusive, relevant, and sustainable educational ecosystems.
