ICOMTA’26 offers three ways to participate—with publication, abstract without publication, and open participation (all three may be in person or online; only open participation has a different fee structure):
- Registration payment to ensure inclusion of an accepted paper: until June 17, 2026.
- Registration payment to ensure inclusion of an accepted abstract in the program: until July 31, 2026.
- Open participation registration payment: until August 31, 2026.
Only one author per paper needs to register and pay. Registration includes publication (for this participation type), conference attendance, coffee breaks (lunch not included), and certification for all authors.

***Starting with the second author attending in person, each on-site author must pay the “In-person participation” fee in order to receive all materials and access on-site ICOMTA activities.
Exist two registration methods:
1st REGISTRATION METHOD (Recommended: Secure Payment Platform)
Step 1: Pay the registration fee via the secure payment link provided next to your participation type. Save a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Step 2: Complete the registration form and upload your payment proof:

*NOTE: Only one author per paper/presentation needs to register to ensure publication; all authors will still receive the presentation certificate. However, if attending in person, the registered author will be the one to receive refreshments and the participation certificate. If another author of the presentation who is not the registered author wishes to attend in person, they must select “Open participation” and register.
2nd REGISTRATION METHOD (Bank Transfer – Not Recommended)
Step 1: Make the payment via bank transfer. Add 7% for interbank processing fees. Save a screenshot of the transaction.

*If any institution wishes to make a bank transfer covering several presentations, this transfer must be authorized in advance by the event’s Organizing Committee. In this case, request authorization by email at icomtamail@gmail.com with all personal and institutional information. For all bank transfers, a 7% surcharge will be added to the total registration fees as an administrative management charge. This will be reflected on the invoice.
