Here are the dates for the three participation options at ICOMTA’26. Please note that all three options can be attended in person or virtually (hybrid format).
Conference: September 8-10, 2026.
Full Paper Submission/With Publication:
- Submission of full paper: Until May 9, 2026
- Acceptance notification: By June 17, 2026
- Registration payment to ensure the inclusion of an accepted paper (once acceptance has been notified): Until June 24, 2025
- Deadline for final paper submission (with any corrections requested by peer reviewers): Until June 24, 2026
Abstract Submission/Without Publication:
- Submission of abstracts without publication: Until July 20, 2026
- Acceptance notification: By July 25, 2026
- Registration payment to ensure inclusion in the program: Until July 31, 2026
Open Participation:
- Registration: Until August 31, 2026
